If you have been involved in an accident with one of our insureds, please contact the insured taxi company directly – Our insured companies handle their own claims. Please remember, Paratransit membership requires a minimum of 50 units in your fleet, a minimum retained limit of $25,000, and is registered to currently provide insurance needs in the following states: AL, AR, CA, CT, GA, IL, IN, IA, KY, ME, MS, MO, NE, NM, NC, OH, OK, OR, SC, TX, UT, VA, WA, TN and WV.
